An exciting opportunity has opened to join a fast-growing digital entertainment and media business, supporting talent acquisition across Europe.
We are looking for a skilled Recruiter to focus on non-technical hiring across a range of dynamic teams. You’ll own full-cycle recruitment, partner closely with business leaders, and help deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, bringing strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder management skills, and a passion for hiring top talent. Agility, creativity, and a service-first mindset are key.
What You'll Be Doing
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, from talent sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring teams to define, drive, and deliver hiring strategies.
• Ensure an excellent experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the recruitment function.
What You'll Bring
• Proven experience managing recruitment projects across multiple disciplines.
• Expertise in sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices.
• Skilled in using ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and reporting systems.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and influence
effectively.
Due to the nature of the roles this vacancy is recruiting being able to speak Romanian would be an advantage but not a necessity.
