Salesfinity is on the lookout for a go-getter SDR to join our fast-growing, high-energy team. We’re an AI startup based in San Francisco and London, shaking up the outbound B2B sales world with our AI-powered platform that helps sales teams crush it on the phone and build pipeline faster.

If you're someone who lives for cold calling, loves sparking new conversations, and enjoy creating content and love connecting with people, we want to talk to you. This role is all about getting on the phone, building relationships, and helping drive our sales pipeline forward.

About the role

As an SDR at Salesfinity, you'll be part of an energetic and collaborative team, working directly with the Co-Founder/CRO as well as the Sales Development Team Lead. You'll be the first point of contact for prospects, generating leads and setting up our Account Executives for success. You’ll be making LOTS of calls every day (using our own platform), doing research on accounts, and connecting with prospects through multiple channels. Plus, using our support (and secret recipe), you’ll get to build your personal brand online by posting content and engaging with your network.

Please note: Since Salesfinity's customer base is split between the US and Europe/UK, you'll be expected to work US working hours to cover both regions, so please take this into consideration when applying.

What you'll do

  • Cold Calling: Make a ton of call every day to engage, nurture and follow-up with prospects; ultimately setting up meetings for our AEs.
  • Multi-Channel prospecting: Use the phone, videos, email, LinkedIn to reach out to prospects and get creative with your approach.
  • Social selling: Post 3-4 times a week on LinkedIn, sharing insights, stories and videos to educate, inspire and contribute to the sales community.
  • Lead generation: Find and qualify new business opportunities that fit our customer profile.
  • Hit your numbers: Deliver at least 15 Sales Qualified Opportunities a month after ramping up.

What you need

  • At least 1 year of cold calling experience: ideally with some SDR experience under your belt, though not essential.
  • Familiarity with sales tools: experience with HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo or similar is a bonus.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a team: you take initiative, stay accountable, and collaborate well with others.
  • Native-level English: both spoken and written, with excellent communication skills.
