Job summary

Everyone Active Northampton is seeking an Recreation Assistant to support health and safety operations, deliver customer service excellence and be part of a diverse, motivated team.

You will supervise the pool safely, maintain high standards of cleanliness, assist with activity programmes, and communicate effectively with colleagues. The role requires day, evening, weekend shifts and a DBS check prior to starting.

Qualifications

• National Pool Lifeguard Qualification is required.
• Be focused on delivering excellent customer service standards.
• Provide safe and effective pool supervision.
• Be prepared to work day, evening, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of customer service and assistance to centre users.
