Job summary

Waythrough in Liverpool is seeking a Recovery Worker to support adults with mental health needs in a 24-hour, recovery-focused service. The role involves building personal recovery plans, promoting independence, and working as part of a supportive team.

Part-time 17 hours per week across a rota including weekends and bank holidays, with comprehensive benefits and training provided. Interviews will be arranged as dates permit, with pay pro rata to hours.

Job description

Recovery Worker – Liverpool

Location: 8 Derwent Square, Liverpool, Merseyside, L13 6QT

Working Hours: Part-time 17 hours per week, worked over 7 days. This includes day shifts, night shifts and sleep shifts. The role will require working weekends and bank holidays. More information can be discussed at Interview stage regarding hours.

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £25,877.80 - £30,868.31 per annum (pro rata)

Liverpool Supported Housing is a mental health supported housing and community-based service working to a recovery-focused model. We support adults (18+) with mental health needs and dual diagnosis needs, providing 24-hour supported accommodation and personalised recovery support and requires sleep ins.

As a Recovery Worker , you will play a key role in supporting people to maintain independence, build confidence and thrive within their community.
