A leading organization in Wigan is seeking a compassionate Recovery Worker to support individuals facing challenges with substance misuse. You will manage your own caseload, work collaboratively with social care providers, and focus on client recovery. If you have a compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help, you could be the right fit. You will manage your own caseload, working with a team and alongside other social care services to identify needs and develop plans to help clients regain control of their lives. We approach each case professionally and non-judgmentally, focusing solely on support. You will carry out assessments, keep records, and provide community support in Wigan and Leigh, working mainly in local communities. Interested? Apply now to join our team. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, with occasional evening shifts until 7pm on a rotational basis.
