Together for Mental Wellbeing is seeking Mental Health Recovery Workers in Norwich to support individuals facing complex mental health challenges. This role involves fostering trusting relationships, helping clients set personal goals, and navigating welfare systems. NIHCSS is a partnership between Together for Mental Wellbeing and St Martins Housing. We support people over the age of 18 who have severe, complex, and enduring mental health needs.
We are looking for two Mental Health Recovery Workers to join our dedicated teams in Norwich, covering community clients in South Norfolk and Central Norwich at our supported living accommodation sites in NR2.
You will support people going through difficult times, drawing on your knowledge and experience to connect, help them discover their strengths, and develop skills leading to wellness. This is only possible with people like you!
You must be able to drive and have a vehicle willing to be used for work purposes. Business insurance will be required, along with a commitment to cover shifts including sleep-ins, paid at an additional £55 per shift.
This is a fixed-term position until 31st December 2025.
