Tower Hamlets CVS is seeking a Recovery Worker to support clients with mental health needs through the 1-2-1 Floating Support service, helping them maintain independence and improve their health and wellbeing. You will manage your client caseload, provide key worker support, and ensure individuals receive the right framework and timely support.

This role also involves contributing to plan development and review processes to enhance outcomes for individuals in the service.
