Job summary

Mind in Tower Hamlets, Newham, and Redbridge is seeking a Recovery Worker to support clients with mental health needs through 1-2-1 Floating Support services. You will help clients maintain independence, improve health and wellbeing, and work toward personal goals and aspirations.

You will manage a caseload, provide key worker support, and ensure timely access to the appropriate framework and services, adopting a positive and hopeful approach aligned with CHIME recovery principles.
