Job summary

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking three Recovery Workers for a 3-month locum assignment in Chesterfield and Swadlincote. You will support clients with substance misuse recovery, manage caseloads of about 55, and record progress using SystmOne. The role runs 30 hours per week across 4 days, 9am–5pm, with travel between sites.

The position offers a flexible locum arrangement, an hourly umbrella rate of £22, and opportunities to extend. Prior experience in drug and alcohol recovery is desirable.

Qualifications

• Three experienced recovery workers needed: two for Chesterfield and one for Swadlincote, ideally with SystmOne experience.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 55 clients with key work sessions, care planning and risk assessment.
• Keep meticulous records of client interactions using SystmOne and liaise with partner agencies.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and external agencies to provide holistic, integrated care.
• Drive to various work sites with your own vehicle as part of the role.
