Job description

Service Care Solutions is supporting a non-profit provider in recruiting a Recovery Practitioner. In this role, you will support individuals suffering from Drug & Alcohol addiction. The ideal candidate should be experienced in the field, highly driven, and capable of recognizing positivity in service users to develop their potential.

Key responsibilities for a Recovery Practitioner:
  1. Manage a caseload of 40-60 service users
  2. Support individuals from point of entry
  3. Provide screening, assessment, and recovery plans
  4. Deliver one-to-one interventions
Minimum requirements:
  1. Experience working within the Substance Misuse field
  2. Awareness of health issues related to substance misuse
  3. Experience in key working and care planning
Pay rates:
  • £16.59 PAYE per hour (excluding holiday pay)
  • £18.59 PAYE per hour (including holiday pay)
  • £21 Umbrella rate per hour
