Service Care Solutions is supporting a non-profit provider and is currently recruiting for a Recovery Worker.

As a Recovery Worker, you will play a crucial role by supporting individuals suffering from Drug & Alcohol addiction. The ideal candidate should have experience in the field, be highly driven, and possess the ability to identify positivity within service users and develop their potential.

Key roles and responsibilities for a Recovery Worker:

• Manage a caseload of 40-60 service users
• Support individuals from Point of Entry
• Provide Screening, Assessment, and Recovery Plans
• Deliver One-to-One interventions

Minimum requirements for a Recovery Worker:

• Experience working within the Substance Misuse field
• Awareness of health issues related to Substance Misuse
• Experience in Key Working and Care Planning

Pay rate:

• £16.59 PAYE per hour - exclusive of holiday pay
• £18.59 PAYE per hour - inclusive of holiday pay
• £21 Umbrella rate per hour
