Society of St James in Southampton is hiring a Recovery Care Worker to support adults facing homelessness and related challenges. The role covers 37 hours per week on-site, with shifts from 8am to 8pm on a rota basis and every other weekend off.

As a frontline worker, you will provide person-centred care, work with a compassionate team, and help individuals achieve stability and recovery in a supportive environment.

Qualifikationen

• Be driven and empathetic with a deeply caring and motivated approach.
• Be a capable communicator, documenting essential information using electronic systems.
• Commitment to growth with Care Certificate and/or Diploma Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high-impact, person-centred care to vulnerable people.
• Support with homelessness, substance misuse, and mental health challenges to help clients recover.
• Document and record information accurately using electronic systems.
• Be on rota for 8am–8pm shifts with every other weekend off.
