Service Care Solutions are supporting a non-profit provider and are currently recruiting for a Recovery Practitioner.

As a Recovery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role by supporting individuals suffering from Drug & Alcohol addiction. The ideal candidate should be experienced in the field, highly driven, and capable of recognizing positivity in service users and fostering their potential.

Key roles and responsibilities for a Recovery Practitioner:

1. Manage a caseload of 40-60 service users
2. Support individuals from Point of Entry
3. Provide Screening, Assessment, and Recovery Plans
4. Deliver One-to-One interventions

Minimum requirements for a Recovery Practitioner:

• Experience working within the Substance Misuse field
• Awareness of health issues related to Substance Misuse
• Experience in Key Working and Care Planning

Pay rates:

• £16.59 PAYE per hour - exclusive of holiday pay
• £18.59 PAYE per hour - inclusive of holiday pay
• £21 Umbrella rate per hour
