A prominent Armed Forces charity is seeking a Recovery Pathways Coordinator to develop partnerships and coordinate recovery pathways. This remote role involves building relationships with individuals and organizations, promoting recovery opportunities, and supporting the Armed Forces community. The position offers 28 days of paid holiday, pension contributions, and flexible working options.

In this key role, as a Recovery Pathways Coordinator, you will build strong relationships with internal teams and external organisations, while establishing trusting relationships with beneficiaries with diverse backgrounds and varying needs. You will identify effective and personalised Recovery Pathways to enrich our Recovery programmes.

You will be contracted to your home address, and you will perform most of your work remotely using our collaboration tools to work with colleagues. There will be occasional travel to engage with external organisations in both local and regional locations.
The Battle Back Centre in Lilleshall, Shropshire, is the home of the Royal British Legion (RBL) Recovery Services. We deliver a range of tailored recovery programmes, all designed to assist the Armed Forces community overcome the barriers and challenges encountered as a result of injury or illness. Our programmes are designed to address a broad range of wellbeing needs – from exploring the link between physical and mental health, to managing stress, promoting healthy living, and strengthening social connections. Through innovative activities such as the Multi Activity Course, Recovery through the Arts, and the Invictus Games, we offer meaningful opportunities for individuals to discover their potential and build supportive relationships.
