Join a leading charity as a Recovery Outreach Worker in Carlisle, where you will support individuals facing challenges with alcohol, drugs, and mental health. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact through direct engagement and collaboration with a dedicated team. Enjoy generous leave, training opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
Waythrough launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship. Our vision is to break down the barriers that stop people from accessing the support they need to live a valued life. We address poverty and disadvantage in communities through mental health, drug and alcohol, housing, and related support services.
We have nearly 200 services across England, supported by around 3,500 staff and volunteers. Annually, our services assist approximately 125,000 individuals.
As we integrate two large organizations, some roles may still be branded under 'Humankind'. We are working to unify our systems and processes, including recruitment, which remains separate for now.
Location: Carlisle & Penrith
Contract: Permanent
