Job summary

Creative Support Birmingham is seeking dedicated staff to support adults living with mental health challenges in south Birmingham. You will work with a caseload to develop recovery plans, deliver structured activities, and coordinate packages of support to enhance quality of life and social inclusion.

We provide full training, opportunities to progress, a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days annual leave and enhanced DBS.

• Person-centred individuals with good motivation, hardworking and keen to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Develop recovery plans for service users and coordinate a package of support to enhance quality of life and social inclusion.
• Engage with service users to build trusting, therapeutic relationships and use a psychologically minded approach while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Work within Creative Support’s Recovery Model to encourage positive mental health and coping skills.
