Job summary

Wight Healthcare in Havant is seeking a compassionate Peer Support Worker to join our Community Mental Health Team. This role uses your lived experience of mental health challenges to support others on their recovery journey, helping them build hope, confidence and resilience.

You will build trusting relationships, provide emotional and practical support, encourage wellbeing and help people access community resources, working alongside clinicians in a multidisciplinary team.
