Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree, Diploma or equivalent in RMN and significant pre- qualification experience.
• Continuing post qualification mental health training.
• Experience of working with people with mental health problems.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful therapeutic relationships with service users and their carers.
• Complete comprehensive assessment, care planning and risk management.
• Coordinate and deliver evidence-based, person-centred interventions.
• Work creatively with individuals to identify their goals, strengths and aspirations.
• Work collaboratively across the multidisciplinary team and wider partner agencies to ensure care is coordinated and effective.
• Provide professional advice, guidance and support to colleagues and external agencies.
