Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Community Mental Health Nurse at Band 6 for the Doncaster Central Locality team. The role offers 37.5 hours per week with flexible working within an NHS environment.

The successful candidate will work in the Adult Mental Health Services, delivering community-based care, managing a caseload, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery and social inclusion.

Qualifications

• UK professional registration required.
• RMN qualification and post-qualification experience in mental health.
• Experience delivering psycho-social interventions.

Responsabilités

• Provide community-based mental health care as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Manage a defined caseload and deliver evidence-based interventions.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care in partnership with service users and carers.
