The AA is recruiting an HGV Recovery Driver to support members in breakdowns, recover vehicles safely, and guide customers through stressful moments with calm confidence.
You’ll operate on a rolling roster: 18 days out of 28 with two full weekends off, 9h45 shifts (including 45-minute break) and occasional up to 12 hours as required. Eligibility requires living within 25 miles of WR4 9UE and holding a Category C (HGV Class 2) licence.

On Target Earnings:£41,000 for a CE licence, and £35,000 for a C licence
Shifts:Rolling roster, work 18 days out of every 28, with two full weekends off.
Standard Shift Duration:9 hours and 45 minutes, including a 45-minute break.
Flexibility Required:While standard shifts are under 10 hours, end-of-shift flexibility is essential. You may be required to work up to 12 hours (including breaks) depending on operational needs.
