Recovery Coordinator

Service Care Solutions is supporting a non-profit provider currently recruiting for a Recovery Coordinator. In this role, you will support individuals suffering from Drug & Alcohol addiction. The ideal candidate should have experience in the field, be highly driven, and able to identify positivity in service users while developing their potential.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Manage a caseload of 40-60 service users
2. Support individuals from Point of Entry
3. Provide Screening, Assessment, and Recovery Plans
4. Deliver One-to-One interventions

Minimum Requirements

1. Experience working within the Substance Misuse field
2. Awareness of health issues related to Substance Misuse
3. Experience in Key Working and Care Planning
