Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Fleetwood is seeking an experienced Recovery Coordinator (Alcohol) to support people affected by alcohol use to make positive, lasting changes. You will deliver one-to-one interventions, complete assessments, and engage with individuals through outreach.

The role focuses on safeguarding, building partnerships with local agencies, and maintaining accurate case records to support high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience working within alcohol and/or substance misuse services.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and working with vulnerable adults.
• Confidence managing challenging behaviour in a professional manner.
• Excellent communication and engagement skills.
• A person-centred, compassionate approach to supporting recovery.
• A qualification in substance misuse, counselling or social work is desirable but not essential.
