As a Recovery Coordinator with Change Grow Live you’ll work with people who use our services, helping them get to where they want to be.
We are looking for enthusiastic Recovery Coordinators to join our team focused on helping individuals mitigate the impacts of drug use. We have two fixed-term positions available for 21 months: a full-time role (37.5 hours/week) and a part-time role (30 hours/week).
In this position, Recovery Coordinators will collaborate with clients to create personalised recovery plans, provide resources on safer drug use, facilitate access to health services, distribute harm reduction supplies, and support those seeking recovery.

Recovery Ayr are seeking to recruit a proactive and passionate Recovery Worker who will have a specific focus on supporting people involved with the justice system. The post holder will continue to develop the PING (People's Involvement Network Group), by providing a range of groups and social activities to support ongoing recovery, including supporting individuals returning to the community from prison. The post holder will also ensure the voices and experiences of individuals involved with justice services are collected and considered as part of ongoing service improvement activities, recognising that there is much to be gained from people with ‘lived experience’ of the justice system.
The post holder will be based with a staff team of lived experience workers, who have a wide range of experience providing support for individuals and families affected by alcohol, drugs or involved with justice services.
