Job summary

The Derbyshire Recovery Partnership is recruiting a Recovery Connector Practitioner to work 37.5 hours weekly in the Erewash/South Derbyshire area. You will deliver recovery-focused interventions, engage clients in treatment, and support access to local recovery services, groups, and activities, including SMART meetings and peer-led sessions.

You will complete strengths-based assessments, develop recovery plans with clients, and advocate for them while travelling to appointments as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Very good IT skills and proficient in Word and Excel.
• A passion for working with people in recovery and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver recovery-focused interventions to clients on caseload.
• Engage clients in treatment and help them access local recovery services.
• Deliver small recovery-oriented group work sessions, in person or online.
• Facilitate SMART meetings and complete strengths-based recovery plans.
