Job summary

Restore Plc is seeking a Service Delivery Operative in Caerphilly to track and protect customer information by indexing records and maintaining accurate paperwork. You will use our Records Management system, store boxes in designated locations, and handle archive materials safely while upholding confidentiality and data security standards.

The role is full-time, on-site, with a salary around £26,520 per year. Disability Confident participation is part of the program.

Qualifications

Must have a valid, clean UK driving licence.
Ability to handle records with confidentiality and data security.

Responsibilities

Track, check and protect customer information through careful handling and indexing of records.
Complete and maintain accurate paperwork in line with documented procedures.
Utilise our Records Management system to manage records efficiently.
Record and store incoming boxes, files, and documents in designated warehouse locations.
Handle archive boxes and materials using safe working practices and equipment provided
Maintain confidentiality and data security standards
Support operational targets and service delivery
Follow health and safety procedures at all times
