Job summary

NCR Atleos in Dundee is seeking a meticulous Reconciliation Analyst to join the cash management team. You will analyse CTUK and 3rd party ATM reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and balance vaults and cash movements across a global footprint.

Daily ATM reconciliations (CTUK and international), reporting to suppliers, trend analysis, and maintaining strong relationships with cash suppliers are core. Strong numeracy, analytical skills, attention to detail and Excel proficiency are

Responsibilities

• Daily reconciliation of all CTUK & 3rd party ATMs, including international (South Africa and US).
• Daily vault reconciliation.
• Daily reconciliation of all cash movements and reporting to cash suppliers.
• Send daily reports to internal and external customers.
• Report and investigate daily, weekly and monthly discrepancies across the ATM estate.
• Monitor differences process and timelines for investigations.
• Identify patterns of discrepancies using trend analysis.
• Maintain good relations with cash suppliers through daily communications.
• Investigate and report net differences per depot and per cash supplier.
• Monitor internal cash movements involving vault audits.
• Respond to reconciliation queries raised.
