Job overview: An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Business Support Finance Assistants to join The North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC), which provides procurement services to public sector organizations (primarily NHS Trusts) throughout the UK. This role involves supporting the delivery of support to members in planning, delivery, and support of technical and information-based projects.
Main duties of the job: Successful candidates will support the Business Services Team in managing and operating systems and processes for income streams, IT, and estates services provided to NOE CPC and CMSP. They will also support business finance activities for the wider organization.

Detailed job responsibilities include knowledge of finance systems, NHS procedures, business administration, advanced Excel skills, excellent communication, prioritization, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. The role is based in Sheffield with a hybrid working policy. A skills test on Excel will be part of the interview process.
Qualifications required include at least 5 GCSEs including Maths and English, with knowledge acquired through NVQ3 or equivalent, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and NHS procedures.
