Job summary

Stoneacre Motor Group is seeking a Receptionist for the Stockton-On-Tees showroom in the UK. You will greet customers and visitors on arrival and guide them to the right person, delivering exceptional customer service as a valued team member.

You will handle calls, mail, emails, bookings, and various administrative duties, contributing to a premium experience and the group’s aim to be Number One in motor retail.

Qualifications

• Strong team player with excellent telephone manner.
• Customer-focused with ability to deliver exceptional service.
• Organised, professional and able to work under pressure.
• Full UK driving licence and good IT/administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Answering, forwarding and screening telephone calls promptly & professionally.
• Meeting and greeting visitors in a caring and pleasant manner.
• Sorting and distributing incoming mail & parcels throughout the building.
• Monitoring of and replying to daily emails.
• Booking train tickets & hotel rooms as and when requested.
• Assisting with a variety of admin tasks including database cleansing.
• Collating group sales figures to generate a weekly report.
• Maintain a clean & tidy Reception area, including daily cleaning of the coffee machine.
• Order stationery & sundries as and when required.

An average day as a Showroom Host…

• You will be clearly spoken with an excellent telephone manner
• You will have strong influencing skills with the ability to build relationships as well as being empathetic, confident, engaging and pleasant.
• You will be customer focused and enjoy providing exceptional customer service skills, meeting their needs.
• You will be organised, professional and efficient under pressure.
• You will have a full UK driving licence, good IT skills, administrative skills, and a good level of general education, ideally GCSE English and Maths.
• You will have previous relevant experience working in a customer-facing role preferably within the automotive industry.
