Job summary

Stoneacre The Number One Motor Group in the UK is recruiting a Motor Vehicle Technician to service, repair and diagnose customer vehicles in a state-of-the-art workshop. You will complete jobs to manufacturer and brand standards and provide accurate service documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Automotive sector in a technical role.
• Level 2 NVQ or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Full UK driving licence.
• EV/Hybrid qualification advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair and diagnostics of customer vehicles.
• Complete service paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards.
• Provide diagnostic reports and road test vehicles.
• Ensure compliance with warranty and dealer requirements.

Utilising your expanding knowledge of our manufacturer's vehicles and features you will be responsible for the servicing, repair and diagnostics of our customers vehicles to an exemplary standard within our state of the art workshop Working as part of a capable and motivated team, you will complete all service paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards You will accurately and skilfully complete and provide diagnostic reports on our customers vehicles In accordance with manufacture, warranty and dealer requirements, you will complete relevant service documentation, including job sheets, PDIs and service reports. Upon the completion of jobs, through the use of diagnostic equipment and road testing, you will check the level and quality of work that has been carried out. About you... We consider candidates from all backgrounds who have experience working in the Automotive sector within a technical role As a minimum, you will be qualified to Level 2 NVQ, or equivalent, in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair You will have fantastic communication skills and thrive working in a challenging yet rewarding environment You will have the ability to work well under pressure - It will be your technical ability that will help you overcome any challenge that is thrown your way.
