Lympstone Manor Ltd, situated between Exeter and Exmouth, seeks a Receptionist to join the team and deliver exceptional guest service. You will act as the front line for guests and staff, handling calls, reservations and inquiries with high standards.

The role requires reliability, strong communication, and experience with hotel reservation systems. Full-time hours and a favourable staff environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience using hotel reservation systems desirable.
• Proven experience in similar hotels desirable.
• Be a focal point for guests and employees during shifts.

They will work as a team to provide the very best possible levels of customer service, providing the guest with an unforgettable stay. Proven experience in the use of hotel reservation systems and in similar hotels desirable.

What you’ll be doing

• Undertaking evening, weekend, early and late shifts
• Being a focal point for hotel guests and employees when on shift
• Handling all external and internal calls in the correct manner, ensuring that guest requests are met
• Handling guest reservations and booking to the correct standard
• Ensuring knowledge of the hotel, clients and services are maintained at all times
