Job summary

Lympstone Manor Breakfast Supervisor role is based on a 25-hour week at our luxury hotel between Exeter and Exmouth. The role focuses on leading breakfast service, coordinating with kitchen and front office teams, and delivering memorable guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, capable of working independently as well as in a team, and ready to support across shifts to ensure smooth morning operations.

We are looking for a Breakfast Supervisor to join our Food and Beverage team.

The ideal candidate will have a clear passion for service and the hospitality industry and will enjoy working as part of a team to provide the guest with an unforgettable stay.

Proven experience in the industry and similar hotels desirable.

- You can take the coastal train from Exeter St. Davids or Exeter Central train stations, take the Exmouth train and exit at Lympstone village. It is a 15 minute walk to Lympstone Manor from the train station.
