Job summary

Lympstone Manor, a 5* luxury resort between Exeter and Exmouth, is seeking a Breakfast Waiter/Waitress to join our Food and Beverage team. You will provide attentive service to guests during breakfast service and work as part of a small, dedicated team.

The role offers a competitive £30,000 base salary plus a generous monthly tronc share, with full-time hours and staff benefits. Previous hospitality experience and a warm, professional manner are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or similar hotels desirable.
• Able to work early shifts.
• Good communication in English.

Situated in the heart of Devon, Lympstone Manor sits between Exeter and Exmouth and overlooks the Exe Estuary. Our address is Lympstone Manor, Courtlands Lane, Exmouth, EX8 3NZ.

Can I get to Lympstone Manor via public transport?

You can take the coastal train from Exeter St. Davids or Exeter Central train stations, take the Exmouth train and exit at Lympstone village. It is a 15 minute walk to Lympstone Manor from the train station.

Do I need the right to work in the UK?

In line with the requirements of the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. As part of the recruitment process, you will be asked to provide documented evidence of eligibility.

Do you provide employee accommodation?

The hotel may be able to offer on-site staff accommodation, in order to help the newest members of the team re-locate and settle in.
