Full time Receptionist / Practice support team member within a firm of Chartered Accountants.

Salary plus benefits

Schedule: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday

Required Skills

  1. Experience of reception work
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  3. Good telephone manner

Duties Include

  1. Ensuring all clients receive a warm welcome and the highest quality service to make the best first impression possible
  2. General admin duties which will include scanning, photocopying and other ad hoc admin duties
  3. Manage all workloads efficiently, profitably and in accordance with the Company’s procedures
  4. Deliver an excellent level of customer service, managing and exceeding client expectations, responding to all ad hoc queries in a timely manner
  5. Provide cover for team members in their absence
  6. Answering incoming calls to ensure all calls are answered in a timely manner and calls transferred as efficiently as possible
  7. Organising the meeting rooms and ensuring they are kept tidy and stocked appropriately
  8. Arranging catering for any on site events, training sessions or meetings and maintaining stocks of consumables such as biscuits, chocolates and mints, replenishing as necessary
