Job summary

Genting Casinos in Wolverhampton is seeking a Welcoming Host to be the face of the venue. You will greet guests, guide their visit and ensure smooth operations from arrival.

You will stay active in the lobby, manage guest flow during busy periods, handle ID and Challenge25 checks with courtesy, promote facilities and events, and liaise with departments to deliver a seamless guest experience. Previous hospitality experience is preferred.

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
