Role Overview

You will play a crucial role in providing Reception/Front of House and administrative support at the Stirling office. This involves managing all reception activities, ensuring a warm welcome, and supporting various administrative tasks.

Core Responsibilities
  • Open and close the office, organize last person out, etc.
  • Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, representing AAB enthusiastically.
  • Provide a courteous and efficient welcome for visitors, meeting high standards.
  • Maintain visitor logs and assist with logistics for visiting team members.
  • Understand hospitality provisions and provide refreshments.
  • Order catering and manage contractors/cleaners.
  • Manage meeting rooms, calendars, and office equipment.
  • Answer calls, process mail, and handle client information.
  • Order supplies and manage office-related queries from team members.
  • Organize and manage the BAG Business Unit’s Books and Records cupboard.
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks and event setup.
  • Act as a First Aider/Fire Warden (training provided).
Key Skills and Attributes
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Teams; Word, PowerPoint, Excel knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and engage with stakeholders.
Role Requirements
  • Experience in an office Front of House role is advantageous but not essential.
  • Proactive, positive attitude with problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
