BMA Cymru Wales is seeking an experienced Office Administrator/Receptionist to be the first point of contact for members and stakeholders at our Cardiff office. This full-time, on-site role covers reception, general admin, meeting support and events coordination.
You will manage inboxes, book meetings, provide IT support for in-person or hybrid meetings, order supplies, maintain health and safety information and assist with travel and recruitment events. Strong MS Office skills essential.

About the role
Reporting to the Officer Manager, the Receptionist / Office Administrator will play a key role in being the first point of contact for members and non-members, by telephone, email or visiting the BMA Wales office.
This is a varied role where you will oversee the reception desk and administration duties, assisting with events and meetings together with elements of running the office in conjunction with the Office Manager.
This role is based full -time on site at our office in Cardiff.
