We're currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Receptionist at our esteemed Charlotte Street Hotel. As a Receptionist, you'll be at the forefront of our guest experience, embodying confidence and charm as you engage with visitors and ensure their needs are met with grace and efficiency. Working collaboratively within our front office team, you'll showcase your impeccable attention to detail and organisational prowess to ensure seamless operations. Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for their stay.
• Provide exemplary customer service, anticipating and fulfilling guest needs with enthusiasm.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times, reflecting the high standards of Firmdale Hotels.
• Demonstrate a passion for detail, ensuring accuracy in all guest interactions and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate closely with team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously, striving to exceed expectations at every opportunity.
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, efficiently managing reservations and room assignments.
• Contribute to the overall success of the front office by proactively identifying areas for improvement and offering innovative solutions. Ability to provide outstanding service to guests, exceeding their expectations and ensuring a memorable experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with guests, colleagues, and management in a professional and courteous manner.
• Capacity to work collaboratively with colleagues as part of a dynamic front office team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
• Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in guest interactions, administrative tasks, and maintaining the hotel's high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
