The Bristol NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Receptionist/Clerical Officer for the Children’s ED. You will be the patient’s first point of contact, greeting patients and relatives and guiding them through the department using the Care Flow EPR system.

The post holder will work within the Bristol NHS Foundation Trust and be responsible for providing a welcoming and efficient service as the patient first point of contact with the Emergency Department. This will include greeting and signposting patients and relatives, processing patients using the Care Flow EPR System and liaising with clinicians and colleagues to facilitate a smooth and timely flow of patients through the department.
