Job description

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Receptionist/Clerical Assistant to provide an efficient, effective and quality admin support service to the Substance Use Service. The post holder will be expected to undertake professional and confidential administration duties within the Service.

It is essential that you are an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills, and are able to work on your own, using initiative, as well as to work as part of a team. You should have good keyboarding skills and be able to prioritise tasks to enable you to work within agreed timescales. Substance Use Services is an area wide service and in order to meet the needs of the service, successful applicants will be required to work in the Substance Use Service base at Falkirk Community Hospital.

The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.

The post holder will have standard grade English and good IT skills or equivalent work experience in an office environment.
