Strand Palace Hotel in central London is seeking a friendly Receptionist to create a warm, professional welcome for guests and manage check-in/check-out processes with accuracy. You will promote hotel services and local attractions, ensuring memorable stays.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, proactive service, and strong communication to support a smooth guest journey throughout every shift.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Proactive, friendly and value guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Extend a warm and professional welcome to all guests and visitors, ensuring they feel valued while providing them with all the essential information they need for an enjoyable stay.
• Handle the arrivals and departure process smoothly and accurately, adhering to hotel policies and ensuring all billing and payment transactions are completed correctly.
• Stay informed of all Hotel VIPs, corporate and regular guests and ensure their requirements are anticipated and fulfilled.
• Demonstrate expertise in the hotel's services, promotions, and nearby attractions, offering tailored recommendations to enhance guest experiences and drive the hotel revenue.
