Job summary

MOXY Merchant City in Glasgow is hiring a friendly Receptionist/Bartender (Crew Member) on a casual contract. The role combines front‑of‑house hospitality with bar service, delivering a first‑class guest experience and representing the MOXY brand.

You will be the first point of contact for guests, handle calls, knowledge of hotel facilities, and work as part of a great team. Experience in service, knowledge of Opera/Micros, and food-safety awareness are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience within the service industry

• Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws
• Personal experience of travel and travel industry

This position is based on a casual contract.

Gross salary: £13.13 per hour

We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic Crew Member to join the team at the Moxy.

As Crew Member you’ll be on the front line, delivering a first-class service.

You’ll be delivering attentive customer focused service, understand brand standards and enjoy working as part of a successful team. We encourage you to bring your own unique personality to the role and being yourself whilst working as part of a great team.
