Job summary

Care UK is seeking a friendly Receptionist to warmly welcome visitors, manage calls and emails, and direct guests efficiently in our Manchester care home. You’ll be a valued team member contributing to residents’ wellbeing and the smooth operation of the facility.

Join our flexible bank team and enjoy a supportive environment with opportunities for development, payroll support, and access to training and apprenticeships. This is a part-time, on-site role with a community-focused ethos.

• A good understanding of Microsoft Office applications.

• Provide a warm welcome to visitors in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner
• Greet others with a courteous telephone manner and reply promptly to email enquiries
• Ensure the visitors book is completed properly and visitors are supported and directed to their destination promptly
• Provide excellent customer service to visitors and colleagues
• Support with general office duties such as payroll, and recruitment & selection
