Operose Health is recruiting a part-time Receptionist/Administrator at Hickings Lane Medical Centre to support primary care delivery. 16 hours per week, flexible 08:00–18:30, Mon–Fri, with a salary of £25,838 FTE (£13.25 per hour).
You will respond to patient queries, manage appointments, signpost services, keep records confidential and handle clerical tasks using Word, Excel and email. NHS experience is welcome but not essential, and strong communication is essential.

As a Receptionist/Administrator at Operose Health, your key duties will include responding to patient queries, liaising with the wider primary care team, managing appointment requests, signposting patients to services, maintaining patient records, and ensuring confidentiality. Additional responsibilities include emailing, scanning, coding clinical correspondence, processing prescription requests, and utilizing other information systems to support workflow processes. Reception or customer care experience is essential, along with excellent spoken and written communication skills. Basic PC skills in Word, Excel, and email are required. Previous NHS experience is welcome but not essential.
