About Us

Psicon is a specialist neurodevelopmental service working both privately and with various NHS trusts to provide autism and ADHD assessments. We are an independent organisation, but most of our work is for the NHS, whom we are proud to support. Assessments are carried out by our team of associate clinicians from a range of clinical backgrounds, in satellite clinics across the country and remotely. Psicon is committed to offering the best psychological support and healthcare available. About The Role

This role involves managing the front desk, greeting visitors, and ensuring a welcoming, organized environment. Responsibilities include handling phone calls, managing clinic supplies, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. The position requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with the team. A reliable and adaptable approach is essential to maintain clinic efficiency and security.

Principle duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Meeting and greeting clients, patients,familiesand other visitors.
  • Ensuring all visitors are signed in and have appropriate visitors pass.
  • Ensuring waiting area remains a calm, welcoming andaclean and tidy environment.
  • Maintaining PPE stocks in PPE stations, escalating requirements to Facilities Manager.
  • Reporting any maintenance/decor issues to maintenance team.
  • Taking deliveries and ensuring these are appropriatelydealt with.
  • Answering and handling calls in a friendly and professional manner, checking answer machines and returning calls where applicable.
