Administrator/Receptionist - Fixed Term Contract for 10 Months

How will you be the change?

We believe every role is essential to providing peace of mind for our customers. As an Administrator/Receptionist with Bellrock, you’ll deliver a high standard of customer service for the client, building users, staff, and visitors by providing an efficient ‘front of house’ service including reception services, switchboard, and facilitating mail and deliveries. You will aid and assist the Facilities Manager in delivering all services, ensuring compliance and contractual obligations are met, while maintaining an efficient and operational building through administrative support.

What does it take?

  • Support the Facilities Manager and Head Caretaker in delivering Facilities Management services in adherence with contractual obligations.
  • Provide a professional reception service ensuring a positive first impression of Bellrock FM services.
  • Meet and greet building users, staff, and visitors to the centre, dealing with their requirements efficiently.
  • Ensure all building users, staff, and visitors sign in and are aware of emergency evacuation procedures.
  • Signpost visitors for meetings and training in accordance with site procedures.
  • Deal courteously with incoming telephone calls and direct them accordingly.
  • Facilitate the delivery of mail and parcels to the centre according to site procedures.
  • Administer room bookings for meetings and training ensuring room setups and hospitality requirements are ordered.
  • Assist the Facilities Manager in ensuring all reception duties are met in accordance with Service Specifications.
  • Maintain the site helpdesk by logging calls regarding faults and ensuring they are actioned.
  • Act as the first point of contact for contractors attending the site for planned or reactive works.

Working arrangements

This role is office-based, requiring the successful candidate to work from our site in Bolton, Monday to Friday, 12.30pm to 5pm.
