A leading legal firm based in Exeter is seeking a full-time Receptionist / Administration Assistant to support their office operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organisation, communication skills, and the ability to manage diverse tasks under pressure. On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit a Receptionist / Administration Assistant into their Exeter office. This role is full-time (5 days each week) working the following hours 9.00 am to 5.30 pm with a one-hour lunch-break Monday to Friday inclusive.
For the role you will be an organised individual with the ability to manage a busy workload using your own initiative and work well under pressure. Previous experience in a similar role would be preferable. This job is much wider ranging than reception and telephones. It is a role working with staff to ensure the smooth running of the office. Being pro-active, open to ideas/changes, and the ability to communicate with staff/clients at all levels are essential features of this role.
