Job Title: Receptionist/Administration Assistant

Location: North London

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00

Benefits: 22 days holiday PA (3 days taken between Christmas and New Year

Pension Scheme

Bonus Scheme Based on company profitability

Kitchen for employee use with Snacks and hot drinks

About Us:

Our client is a leading manufacturing company specialising in metal finishing. They take pride in delivering high-quality products and services to their clients and are currently seeking a professional and organised Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join their team and support with daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for visitor's, clients, and suppliers, providing a warm and professional welcome.
Answer and direct phone calls, manage emails, and handle general inquiries.
Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.
Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, reports, and correspondence.
Coordinate deliveries, liaise with drivers, and ensure smooth communication between departments.
Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
Support the team with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising appointments.
Ensure the reception area and office remain tidy and presentable.
Organise refreshments / food for visitors as required

Key Requirements:

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
A friendly and professional demeanour with excellent customer service skills.
