Erskine Stewart’s Melville Schools are recruiting a Receptionist/Admin Assistant for The Mary Erskine School, starting 14 August 2025 (subject to checks), until June 2026. This part-time, term-time role involves 23.25 hours weekly. The pro-rata salary ranges from £13,287 to £13,695 annually, based on experience and qualifications. The role is based at The Mary Erskine School, Ravelston.
The main duties include managing telephone and visitor inquiries and providing office support. Candidates should have strong administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly. Experience in a school setting and event support is desirable. A positive attitude and calmness under pressure are essential.
