Reception

The reception team at The Belfry ensures outstanding guest experiences from arrival to departure, demonstrating excellent customer service and proactively enhancing guest satisfaction. No task is too big or small when it comes to our guests’ needs.

Salary

The role offers an on-target annual earning potential of £26,624, comprising a base salary of £25,396.80 plus approximately £1,227.20 in gratuities.

About The Role

As a Receptionist, your primary goal is to deliver memorable, high-quality service to all guests. Your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the smooth daily operation of the reception
• Registering guests and checking them out, managing deposit valuables
• Issuing keys in accordance with hotel policies
• Providing excellent guest service, resolving issues, and creating memorable experiences

About You

The ideal candidate has experience in a busy guest-facing role, remains calm under pressure, and possesses:

• Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine desire to delight guests
• Previous hotel experience (preferred but not essential)
• Experience with Opera property management system (preferred but not essential)
