Job summary

Together Dental in Daventry is looking for a caring, motivated Qualified Dental Nurse to join our welcoming practice.

This role involves chairside support, room preparation, infection control, and accurate record-keeping to ensure smooth daily operations. We offer a 12-month FTC, 40-hour weeks, and a pay rate of £13.30–£14.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• A recognised Dental Nursing qualification.
• Current GDC registration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, reliable, and professional approach.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A commitment to delivering high standards of patient care.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Additional qualifications such as Dental Radiography, Oral Health Education, Sedation Nursing, or Implant Nursing are desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside support to our dentists and clinicians across a range of treatments.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure surgeries run efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of infection prevention and control.
• Sterilise and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date clinical records.

• Work closely with colleagues to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
• Assist with stock control and ensure surgeries are fully equipped and compliant.

Location: Daventry Salary: £13.30 - £14.75 per hour Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday 08:30am-5:30pm Contract: 12 month FTC

The Role
